To register on our website to view or to make an order you do not need to include a photograph or ID on your profile. Please do not upload any photos as they are not needed.

For us to be able to complete your order (contract) we will need to use a number of different companies. We use PALPAL to complete your payment but we do not store your payment details on our site. We use programmable software and a store-front provider to provide the shop you see on our website. We use an email company to send out automated emails to advise you on your order status. We use a hosting provider to store data to make our website available to use. Sharing of information will only be made to facilitate these objectives above and we will review these where needed.

Yorishiro requests that the data subject read our privacy policy when making an order. We provide tick box’s that indicate they have read our terms and conditions

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We use SSL throughout the site and use secure random password systems. Your payment information is not stored by us on our website and we do not have access to it. We use Paypal to complete all purchases and update all payment gateways as required on a regular basis.

Yorishiro uses TSO Host as our webspace provider. Storage is located on TSO’s hosting servers. These servers may be located in different countries depending on their current policy.

Processing
Yorishiro processes your data in the UK. By processing we mean: Actioning an order based on your request. Replying to an email or online web form. Using your address to send a product. Sending out an automated email to advise you on its status.

To do this we may need to use payment software from third party companies such as Paypal, delivery companies such as DPD and our store front software provider. These companies are only used to enable our website to function correctly and send your goods.
